Two major priorities led this build: making the site accessible and consolidating their membership platform to reduce third-party service costs. We migrated all content—including documents and videos—seamlessly, so members experienced zero disruption (aside from creating a new password). The new space has been going strong without a single moment of downtime in over 10 years.
